繞線式三相異步電動機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)子計(jì)算起動電阻是比較復(fù)雜的,一般分為3段電阻均勻切出時的計(jì)算方法:
1.計(jì)算轉(zhuǎn)子額定電阻:R=U/(1.73&TImes;I)(U=轉(zhuǎn)子電壓,I=轉(zhuǎn)子電流)
2.計(jì)算轉(zhuǎn)子一相的內(nèi)電阻:r=S&TImes;R式中:S=轉(zhuǎn)差率,S=(n1-n)/n1(n1=同步轉(zhuǎn)速,n=電機(jī)額定轉(zhuǎn)速
3.電機(jī)額定力矩計(jì)算:M額=(975&TImes;P額)/n(M額=電機(jī)額定力矩,P額=電機(jī)額定功率)
4.電機(jī)最大起動力矩與額定力矩之比:M=M最大/M額(M最大=最大起動力矩,M最大≤2M額
5.計(jì)算最大起動力矩與切換力矩之比:λ=根號3次方的(1/S&TImes;M)(λ=最大起動力矩與切換力矩之比)
6.3級(段)電阻計(jì)算:A》r1=r(λ-1)B》r2=r1×λC》r3=r2×λ切除電阻時,r1最后切出。
例題:22KW繞線式三相異步電動機(jī),轉(zhuǎn)速723轉(zhuǎn)/分,轉(zhuǎn)子電壓197V,轉(zhuǎn)子電流70.5A,現(xiàn)要求該電機(jī)起動時最大轉(zhuǎn)矩為額定轉(zhuǎn)矩的兩倍,計(jì)算起動電阻有關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)。
1.計(jì)算轉(zhuǎn)子額定電阻:R=U/(1.73×I)=197/(1.73×70.5)=1.63(Ω)
2.轉(zhuǎn)子每相內(nèi)阻:S=(n1-n)/n1=(750-723)/750=0.036r=S×R=0.036×1.63=0.059(Ω)
3.額定轉(zhuǎn)矩:M額=(975×P額)/n=(975×22)/723=29.6(Kg.M)
4.確定最大起動轉(zhuǎn)矩:取:M最大=2M額M=M最大/M額=2
5.力矩比:λ=根號3次方的(1/S×M)=根號3次方的(1/0.036×2)=根號3次方的(13.9)=2.4
6.3級電阻計(jì)算:A》r1=r(λ-1)=0.059(2.4-1)=0.083(Ω)
B》r2=r1×λ=0.083×2.4=0.2(Ω)
C》r3=r2×λ=0.2×2.4=0.48(Ω)
